The location, although not close to the subway or Kyoto station, is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of bus stops nearby. The staff provides excellent service and is polite. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and have comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and delicious.
One aspect that could be improved is the lack of table and chairs in the rooms, as mentioned in the reviews. However, this is a minor inconvenience and doesn't detract from the overall positive experience at this hotel.
